Our two packs: the Starter Pack and the Whole Body Reset Pack.
Five supplements. One decision.
Most adults are deficient in at least one of these five nutrients — and most don't know it. Vitamin D, Magnesium, Omega-3, B12, and Zinc are the foundation that everything else depends on: energy production, immune defence, nervous system function, sleep quality, cardiovascular health. Deficiencies in any of them are common, quiet, and cumulative.
We chose these five specifically because the research is unambiguous, the deficiency rates are high, and no other supplements work as well when these are missing. Start here. Build from here.
What's inside
Vitamin D3 / 2,500 IU
Most D3 products give you 1,000 IU — a maintenance dose for people who already have adequate levels. Ours is calibrated for the deficiency most Canadians actually have, especially through the darker half of the year. Supports immune resilience, bone strength, and mood.
Magnesium Bisglycinate / 300mg
Involved in over 300 enzymatic processes — muscle function, sleep quality, stress response, heart rhythm. The bisglycinate form absorbs without the digestive upset of cheaper forms and is the one clinical research consistently uses for sleep and nervous system support. Take it in the evening.
Omega-3 / 6,000mg (1,000mg EPA + 500mg DHA per serving)
Most omega-3 labels lead with "fish oil 1,000mg" — which is total oil weight, not active omega-3 content. A standard softgel at 30% concentration gives you 300mg of what actually matters. Ours delivers 1,500mg of active EPA + DHA per serving, sourced from wild-caught fish and molecularly distilled.
Vitamin B12 / 1,000mcg methylcobalamin
B12 often runs low with age and on plant-based diets, and most people don't realize it. We use methylcobalamin, the active form your body uses directly, without conversion. Most B12 products use cyanocobalamin, a cheaper synthetic form that requires conversion and disposes of a cyanide molecule in the process.
Zinc / 30mg
Essential for immune function, wound healing, DNA synthesis, and skin health. Frequently deficient in older adults and anyone eating plant-forward. Paired with Spirulina for complementary chelating support.
What to expect
Most people notice improved sleep quality and steadier energy within the first 2–3 weeks. Immune and mood changes build over 4–6 weeks of consistent daily use. These aren't acute supplements — they work by filling gaps that have likely existed for a while.
Three systems. One routine.
Most of what we call "feeling run down" sits in three places at once: a liver working through everything we eat and drink, a stress response that never quite switches off, and a gut that reacts to both. The Whole Body Reset Pack puts one well-studied supplement on each of those jobs. Milk Thistle for the liver, Ashwagandha for the stress response, Probiotics for the gut. Each one is licensed in Canada for the work we ask of it, and none of them get in each other's way.
Why these three together
Stress shows up in digestion, and digestion sets the pace for how you feel day to day. Ashwagandha is used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress. Our Probiotics are licensed to help improve gut-related stress and discomfort within six weeks, so the two meet in the middle: one works on how your body handles pressure, the other on where that pressure tends to land. Milk Thistle is traditionally used to support liver function and, in Herbal Medicine, to help relieve digestive disturbances, which makes it the third leg of the same stool. Three products, three systems that talk to each other, taken as one daily routine.
What's inside
Milk Thistle / 300mg a day (2 capsules)
Standardized to 80% silymarin, the compound complex the liver research focuses on, from Silybum marianum seed. Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a liver protectant and to help support liver function, and used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances. Standardized extract, so the dose on the label is the dose in the capsule.
Ashwagandha / 540mg a day (2 capsules)
A 5% withanolide root extract at 11:1 concentration, so each capsule carries the equivalent of 2,970mg of dried root. Used in Herbal Medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress, including the mental and physical fatigue that comes with it, and traditionally used in Ayurveda as a sleep aid and for memory enhancement.
Probiotics / 1 capsule a day
Three strain-coded cultures, Lactiplantibacillus plantarum KABP 022 and KABP 023 and Pediococcus acidilactici KABP 021, with prebiotic inulin from chicory root to feed them. Strain codes, not generic species names, so you know exactly which bacteria you are taking. Licensed to help support gastrointestinal health, to help relieve the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome such as abdominal pain and bloating, and to help improve gut-related stress and discomfort in six weeks.
What to expect
Give it the time each product is licensed for. Milk Thistle asks for at least three weeks of daily use to see beneficial effects. The probiotic's gut-comfort benefit is measured at six weeks. Ashwagandha is usually the first thing people notice, often in sleep and in how they handle a long day, within the first few weeks. These are daily supports, not quick fixes, and they do their best work taken every day for a full month and then another.
How to take
Milk Thistle, 1 capsule twice a day. Ashwagandha, 1 capsule twice a day. Probiotics, 1 capsule once a day. Avoid taking Ashwagandha with alcohol or products with sedative properties, and consult a health care provider if sleeplessness persists for more than four weeks. Do not use the Probiotics if you have an immune-compromised condition. Consult a health care provider before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and as with any natural health product, before use.
