Lying awake at midnight, mind running, sleep refusing to come — it's one of the most modern and most miserable problems. Melatonin is what your body makes naturally to fall asleep, and the dose matters more than most people realize.
3mg — Sleep onset
The dose your body responds to when falling asleep is the issue. Calibrated for nightly use without next-day grogginess.
10mg — Sleep maintenance & circadian reset
Stronger overnight support for sleep that breaks at 3am, jet lag, time-zone shifts, and weeks of disrupted sleep. For occasional use, not daily routine.
Why ours
Most melatonin on the market defaults to 5mg or 10mg as a one-size-fits-all dose, which is too strong for routine sleep onset and contributes to next-day grogginess. The right dose for the right problem — that's the whole equation.
How to take it
Take 30–60 minutes before bed. Use 3mg nightly for falling-asleep support; reserve 10mg for occasional use during jet lag or time-zone shifts.
What to expect
Sleep onset shifts are immediate; circadian reset from the 10mg dose typically takes 2–3 nights.

Benefits
Melatonin regulates the wake/sleep cycle of every cell in your body, so it’s safe to say it’s an important hormone. When secreted by the pineal gland in your brain, a wave of drowsiness washes over you and drifts you off to dreamland. While melatonin occurs naturally in our bodies and certain foods, our modern lives packed with bright lights and erratic schedules can dampen its effects. Supplementing melatonin can help you reap its sleep-inducing rewards and improve overall health with many other benefits, like reducing inflammation and even increasing muscle mass.
• Signals cells to enter a sleep cycle, inducing drowsiness and a restorative sleep
• Reduces inflammation and head pain, significantly alleviating migraine symptoms
• Helps trigger the release of anabolic hormones including growth hormone, which can lead to increased muscle mass
• More powerful antioxidant than Vitamins C, E, or Beta Carotine, improving eye health and preventing cellular damage like glaucoma and age-related macular degeneration
• Proven to block the secretion of stomach acids and to alleviate symptoms of heartburn and indigestion
• Enhances mood and elevates cognitive function
• Strengthens overall immunity
• Helps prevent and reduce jet lag
History
First mentioned by Galen of Pergamon in the second century AD, the pineal gland has long been an organ of intrigue for physicians, psychologists, and philosophers. Melatonin itself was only discovered in 1958 by dermatologist Aaron Lerner and it has been researched extensively since the ‘80s when psychiatrist Alfred Lewy found that bright light suppresses our endogenous reserve of melatonin. Ever since, the hormone has enraptured scientists, and its wide-ranging benefits continue to be uncovered today.
Suggested Use
Recommended Dose (Adults):
Take 1 capsule per day at bedtime, while travelling, and at destination until adapted to the new time zone/or daily pattern.
For non- travel related uses, take once per day, at or before bedtime.
Recommended Purpose:
Helps re-set the body's sleep-wake cycle (aspect of the circadian rhythm) and increase the total sleep time (aspect of sleep quality) in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule (e.g. shift work and jet lag).
Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (sleep onset latency aspect of sleep quality) in people who fall asleep slowly/with delayed sleep phase disorder.
Duration of Use: Consult a health care provider for use beyond 4 weeks.
Cautions and warnings:
Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness.
Consult a health care provider if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
Consult a health care provider prior to use if you are taking medications for seizure, blood pressure, to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications), to affect mental state or increase sedation, steroids or blood thinners.
Consult a health care provider prior to use if you have cardiovascular, immune, liver or chronic kidney disease, hormonal or seizure disorders, asthma, depression, diabetes, low blood sugar, or migraine.

Fresh, Potent, and Effective
Supplements are often packed with unnecessary fillers and additives that don’t offer any health benefits. Essentially, dust. This is why we only use the most potent active ingredients to maintain product purity, function, and effectiveness.

The kind of stress that doesn't go away when the workday ends — that lingers in your shoulders, your sleep, your sense of being slightly on edge — is what ashwagandha has been used for over 3,000 years.
The formulation
An 11:1 concentrated root extract: 5,940mg of dry root concentrated into a two-capsule serving, standardized to 5% withanolides. Paired with Spirulina for the whole-food minerals and amino acids the adrenal system depends on under sustained stress.
Why ours
Most ashwagandha on the market is raw root powder at 1–2% withanolides. Our 5% standardization matches the branded extracts that command a premium price point.
How to take it
Two capsules daily, ideally with food. Not recommended during pregnancy.
What to expect
Calmer background tone within 2–4 weeks; sleep and recovery shifts often follow by week 6.
Magnesium supports over 300 functions in your body — and most adults don't get enough. The body feels the deficit as restless sleep, tense muscles, and a nervous system that won't quite settle.
The formulation
Two capsules deliver 300mg of magnesium bisglycinate (150mg per capsule) — the gentle, sleep-supporting form, fully chelated for absorption without the digestive upset of cheaper magnesium oxide or citrate.
Why ours
300mg per serving is 2.5x the dose of most premium peers — and bisglycinate is the form clinical research consistently uses for sleep and nervous system support. No fillers, no proprietary blends, no rounding down on the dose.
How to take it
Two capsules in the evening, ideally 30–60 minutes before bed.
What to expect
Most users notice calmer sleep onset and reduced muscle tension within the first week.
After 30, your body produces measurably less collagen — and you feel it in your skin, your joints, and your recovery.
The formulation
Each scoop delivers 10g of hydrolyzed Type I marine peptides — the dose used in clinical research on skin elasticity and joint comfort. Sourced from wild-caught cod, haddock, and pollock. Unflavoured, finely milled, no fillers.
Why ours
Most collagen products give you 2.5–5g and call it a serving. We give you the full clinical research dose, every time. Marine Type I is also more bioavailable than bovine and far more effective than plant-based collagen-builders — which don't actually contain collagen, just the amino acids your body might use to make some.
How to take it
One scoop daily in coffee, smoothies, or water. Mixes in seconds at any temperature.
What to expect
Joint comfort often shifts at 4–6 weeks; skin hydration and elasticity changes typically appear at 8–12 weeks. Consistency matters more than timing.
